- Coaches don't like to hear this. They like to take all the power and control. They will take a job and hope to get everything that they want, and when they lose blame others.
- If you go 8-4 early on in your career, that's not bad. Especially in the SEC, I've always thought that Mike Elko's 8-4 was very impressive. If Will Stein goes over to Kentucky and goes 8-4, that's good.
