ugly a** hoodie

that's all I got

Grown men in a hoodie is just not a good look. Same as with a guy wearing a visor or sweater vest.
Hoodies are cool, grandma.

And there's not a damn thing wrong with a visor either

But a sweater vest, yeah I'll give you that one

Quarter zips are good though!

S A R K = got 23 rushing yards against Georgia. Not champion caliber. Exposure coming. Sark will be gone in two years.

Coming off 2 straight years in the playoffs, both reasonably successful, canning him after this year makes as much sense as us canning Elko next year for going 9-3. The sips overreact to mediocre seasons but completely lose their minds if we're having success. Sark is a good coach that was dragging an anchor of a highly paid big name QB that wasn't ready but had to be played no matter what.

I don't think tu is going to fire him.
Alot of people think he could possibly get a better job now than if he has a couple years below avg results.

I get that but I don't think this mindset would exist if Sark wasn't catching crap internally. The sips love to create this Hollywood glamour persona of star-studded greatness that has less to do with winning and more to do with feeding their illusions of grandeur then they can't deal with it when it's all revealed as a facade. So they go after the best coach they've had since Mac Brown.

He did go 5-7 year 1
He did go 8-5 year 2

I bet his overall W/L with Texas is about 9-3

5-7
8-5
11-2
13-3
7-3

That makes 44-20. Translating that to a 12-game schedule is 8.25-3.75.

That looks a lot like 8-4.

He's clearly feeling some heat, and I think it is tied to our success this season. Anytime we have success like we're having this season, it bothers the sips to no end. Remember when Mack lobbied for Manti Teo over JFF for the Heisman in 2012? If we beat them in Austin, things will get very uncomfortable for Sark.

Our success in 2020 made them say f it and join the SEC. A conference they NEVER wanted to join and are not a fit.

Who knows what they might do now.

2020? They've been reeling since we left in 2012, hence their meltdown ever since.

I was just point out how they always react when we have success.

At least they don't control the NCAA anymore.

From preseason #1, Heisman, first round draft pick QB to 8-4 record with a loss to Aggies? Yeah.

Sark may be reminded of his childhood going down one of those hot metal slides that feel like a broiling pan for his ass.

Y'all still believe tu lobbied the SEC? Rather than ESiPN signed that network deal with the SEC in 2020 with express intention of folding that $300m albatross LHN, pretty much forcing sip in?

in hindsight I don't know why we all got caught off guard at the announcement during Media Days 2021. We should've seen it coming a year before

I always love it when posters twist what others state. But at least you posted my post so others see you went off on another tangent.

Of course ESPN wanted to kill the Longhorn network failure. Do I have to type out everything? Thats f in obvious.

But that does not change the longhorns made a decision that they clearly never wanted to make bc they lost their **** over us having success and them floundering in football for over a decade.

Sark is 159th in coaching win percentage. Behind Homer Norton, RC Slocum. Jimbo Fisher, Dana Bible, Charlie Moran, Mike Elko.

Sark has two years of there is no improvement

Sark will consider leaving after one more year with no improvement and make a jump to the NFL for HC position if there is an offer.

I do believe that t.u. Will lose its last two games, but will win their bowl game and finishing somewhere between 24th to 30th place.

This season will end with no one being happy.

I personally will be VERY happy with that outcome!

Even better if they lose their bowl game
