That was fine by Penn State. Got one first down and didn't turn it over. Indiana has good defense.

Indiana should receive punt around their 20 yard line. Just one timeout remaining. And they need a touchdown.

Because I think they basically gave up that possession. They think the clock stoppage is more valuable than the field position. Now perhaps the smart thing would have been to just do a surprise punt on 3rd down but whatever.

Absolutely. Cignetti was not gonna burn a TO on 3rd and 11. If he had, there would be 1:13 left instead of 1:53 when they get the ball back.

But IU really needed to throw on 2nd and 10. There was no incentive to keep the clock running at 2:15.
