Re: last zero U 3rd down. They need to change the rule in both NFL and CFB. Until the ball leaves QB hand it is not a pass, if knocked out of his hand, it should be a fumble, even if arm going forward. Removes subjectivity and makes it easier to officiate. So many rules favor the offense, this should be a basic thing.

I am in agreement with most rules, even the TO if fumbling through and out of the EZ. But I don't know how you can call something a pass when the ball is still in the hand of the QB.

Nothing wrong with the rule. It was beyond obvious that it was a pass, even in real time.

No, that hatred goes back to Broyles/Royal days. Mostly they have met in bowl games since the Hogs went to the SEC.

Yes. There were some others too that were pretty intense. I looked it up to refresh my memory not so long ago. It was all before I was born. But that fueled a bunch of hate thats been passed on to the newer generations.

Outside of football, they hate Texas/Texans too. Very much a jealous bunch

I live up here in Arkansas, and they hate sip ALMOST as much as we do. Teach their kids at a young age to hate them.

Arkansans have long memories and not much else to distract them. Some smaller college programs, no pro sports. Further, the SWC was Arkansas and the rest were all teams from Texas. So there was some state pride thrown into there, too.

Just the way it is.
