NoahAg, are you frustrated that A&M is 4-0? Your predictions:
Notre Dame 34 - 17 A&M
Auburn 27 - 24 A&M
I'm happy we are 4-0. I had ND as a definite loss, and was surprised we kept it close. A fluke win (ND missed PAT) is still a win.
I think my "final" preseason prediction was 6-6. Of course, after ND it had to change to 7-5. Based on our first 4 games my guess for the rest of the season would be:
MSU - close win
Florida - close win (L would not be surprising)
@arky - OT win
@LSU - 10+ point loss
@Mizzou - 7+ point loss
SC - win
Samford - big win
@t.u. - 6+ point loss
9-3 which would be fantastic and far exceeds my expectations.
That said, from what I've seen so far we just don't look like a playoff team. That's why I say we lucked out with the schedule. We get MSU instead of Ole Miss. Florida instead of TN or Georgia.
Watching the night games Saturday - PSU/Oregon, Bama/Georgia - those teams are still on another level compared to us.
I think we get a close win this weekend. Florida does not look good at all, and I think we should win that game pretty easily. Arkansas is a dumpster fire. LSU is always tough, and with the game being in BR, I'm going to assume a loss. Mizzou may or may not be good. It's really hard to tell with who they have played, but they allowed 31 to Kansas. I think that should be a winnable game. SC and Stamford should both be wins. As for tu, **** those guys. We're gonna take a dump in their Cheerios.
We may not look like a playoff team, but that doesn't mean we can't make the playoffs.
Florida currently looks terrible. They have talent but their coaching staff is atrocious. Their schedule is brutal too
