Elko's very first press conference off the plane said it all!. in a good way!

He didn't give a flashy speech. He simply said, glad to be here, I know what the expectations are, and we have a lot of work to do. Basically it. He is a smart guy, I think he hitched his wagon to 2 people who are not that great. Klein was and still is a huge question mark. Bateman already lost play calling duties on Defense.

If given time, he will win here, don't know if he gets time.

I like Elko but if he's so smart why'd he hire Bateman and Sean Spencer

Well any of us would be glad to coach the Aggies. You will get paid stupid money to be an average at best and when you get fired you will leave with 10s of millions in guaranteed money.

We kill coaching careers…usually last or next to last head coaching job…
