It's pure hell. At least the #1 team in the country finally woke up against Rice after losing 4 straight to no names.

Bingo! If it's on and I am at home and not doing anything else, we'll watch an Aggie game. But no longer do I plan my free time around making sure I can watch whatever game we are playing. Maybe it's age, but I think it's the current state of our programs and the landscape in general.the most cool guy said:SteveA said:

Not just that. It's a bunch of money-grubbing teenagers who don't care about you or A&M. There is no reason for you to care or spend your money on it beyond watching 12-13 games a year on TV in the air conditioning for some cheap entertainment. If we lose, your life doesn't change. If we win, your life doesn't change.

You might be generally happier and less productive at work for about 3 days. Your life wouldn't change at all.Aggie Apotheosis said:the most cool guy said:SteveA said:

I refuse to believe that, if we won the national championship in football, my life wouldn't change.
It would reveal who you are. And whether you would be grateful or entitled.Aggie Apotheosis said:the most cool guy said:SteveA said:

The Aggies' athletic underperformance is indeed inexplicable, but I no longer care. I don't expect it to change in my lifetime.agINbj2000 said:
Why not a single major sport is nationally relevant and why does every team fade away toward end of the season (2024 baseball the long exception), at such a big school with all the resources and super fan support? Puzzling
