That led to him leaving the team, which was excused as a departure for mental health reasons. I have no idea what's true. hudson went to tech more of him being a legacy there but tech has a lot to offer with football facilities, top notch NIL, a little bit of success with joey. It's not the same old tech anymore sadly

This is the exact day and age people would go to tech.. or any other Texas school that doesn't win. They'll tolerate your school as long you shower them with money. Dudes apparently love dropping stupid amounts of money on contracts that don't have a performance guarantees. There are some people smart enough to know they might not be as good as their ranking says and college NIL will be their best bet for a decent lump sum to start real life with after CFB ends.

Highly doubtful. I think most Tech fans don't want anything to do with this circus. If there's any truth to what's going on, then obviously someone kept the lines of communication open, but general sentiment is meh.

The biggest issue is that we were sub-par at WR last year. Now we have lost Thomas, Barber, and Walker from the roster, probably our 3 best WRs last year. Do we expect to be better next year with what we have on the roster now? Do we need to do some major tampering in the spring?

This roster has a lot of issues, but WR remains one.

I always have hope that one of the FR or RSF surprises and fills a need.
