As someone who hates the San Francisco 49ers, I find that stat fascinating.
I didn't say it was going anywhere, I said it wasn't popular.dabo man said:
12 team playoff isn't going anywhere. An 8 team playoff would have been much more entertaining, but Disney, Turner, and the NCAA aren't going to reduce product (number of playoff games).

Yes. The odds of making 3 consecutive 2-point conversion attempts are even lower.Deputy Travis Junior said:BraxtonW said:

Down 16 is likely a 3 score game anyway (odds of making both 2 point conversions is low). If you're in a low probability situation, like 4th and goal from the 9, might as well take the points.
Of course, the kicker screwed up a gimme so my math is pointless.
Kansas State’s QB throwing a TD to Ole Miss’s RB for Ohio State who is defending against Wake Forest’s QB throwing to FIU’s wideout after beating Texas led by OSU’s QB throwing to Houston’s wideout summarizes why a lot of people care less now.

A lot of people DGAF about "college" football any more. If you're still winning they may watch. If you're losing, there are no loyalty viewers, those days are gone. I had even forgotten the game was tonight until I saw a score pop up in the 1st quarter.Jose Cruuuuuuuuuuuuz said:
It's staggering how slow this thread is for a national title game. Not a real ringing endorsement of the 12 team playoff.
