3 headed monster on deck with Moss, Daniels and Owens.
Naw, you wanna talk about a three-headed monster at running back, go back to 1973 (Bubba Bean, Alvin Bowers, Skip Walker), 1974 (Bubba Bean, Bucky Sams, Skip Walker), 1975 (Bubba Bean, George Woodard, Skip Walker), or 1976 and 1977 (Curtis Dickey, George Woodard, David Brothers).LETTUCE PRAY said:

Would have loved to see a backfield of Bean, Woodard, and Dickey!
Different era, different offense, different players on O and D, I know but man, those years were sweet, that is until we need to complete a forward pass.
I'm pretty sure Travis Etienne doesn't play for the Bulldogs.Admiral Nelson said:
Doesn't Georgia have 4 RBs all from the top 100? Roderick Robinson #57, Branson Robinson #39, Nate Frasier #49, and Travis Etienne #92?
Deeper talent? Maybe. More proven production? No (pending final results of the transfer portal). I agree with you that all three of our guys are somewhat questionable due to injuries, so there is no guarantee on any of them, but it is a better RB room than a team with a bunch of star rankings that haven't proven themselves yet.90ags said:
yea, an ignorant OP...
Moss - injured, we shall see how he comes back (unknown)
Daniels - surgery at end of season and will be coming back from an injury
Owens - back from injury and unknown if really the same and has the same speed
Did OP even review other SEC teams RB rooms in which there are several with deeper talent on the rosters and not as banged up as ours? Nah, you didn't and just stirring the lemmings.
I think Klein is happy to run it more if we have our full stable. I think he felt a bit apprehensive overusing anyone especially after losing Moss.Canyon Lake Agbu94 said:
I don't think so. There is maybe 20 carries per game to divide between the running backs. While the overall quality may be tops, the quantity of yards won't keep them all happy and won't suffice as a three headed monster.

This is something someone says when they have zero idea what other RBs the rest of the conference has.LETTUCE PRAY said:

Excuse me sir what does this have to do with the 2025 Texas A&M Aggies in the SEC?

Our oline couldn't get inches when it mattered most last year
& we've done nothing in the portal to improve the unit going into next year.... in fact we've lost depth pieces to the portal
I really hope our plan isn't to expect different results from doing the exact same thing next year
Not very on point to drag up an old "dream" backfield from the wishbone days, but if you wanted to talk about Aggie 3-headed monster backfields from the past, how about Rodney Thomas, Greg Hill and Leland McElroy?CCAD AG said:Naw, you wanna talk about a three-headed monster at running back, go back to 1973 (Bubba Bean, Alvin Bowers, Skip Walker), 1974 (Bubba Bean, Bucky Sams, Skip Walker), 1975 (Bubba Bean, George Woodard, Skip Walker), or 1976 and 1977 (Curtis Dickey, George Woodard, David Brothers).LETTUCE PRAY said:

None of our current RBs will sniff the 5th pick in the draft like Curtis Dickey was.

Owens is going to have to show he can break tackles and follow his blockers better before we enter the conversation for best RB room.

Daniels is barely good enough to be a third string back in the SEC.
