Richard Osborne and Carl Roaches caught quite a few though.
Truly vintage years.

There's a pretty strong correlation between number of combined starts on the OL and offensive production . This has been a tracked metric for a long time.

2 things that are vital to OL. Continuity and experience.

We eill have both next year. Also the improvement from 2023 to 2024 was massive. I don't ecpect that kind of leap next year but they could still easily improve their technique.

This is why no one takes you seriously. You're not only dismissing talent completely from the equation conveniently because we are lacking it, but also basing your overly optimistic pumper outlook for next year on the one thing that this program historically does NOT do: player development.

Oh no Justice Beaver doesn't take me serious whatever will I do.

Outside of RT we have a very solid OL. But Crownover was a TE that we moved to OT.

Also our OL rated as one of the better OL in the SEC last year. That does not mean we can't improve but we aren't near as bad as the few like you want to believe.

Will Moss be as good post injury as he was prior to getting injured? Haven't seen that addressed anywhere. What was the extent of his injury? Thought it was a broken bone….if so, can't imagine he'd be 100% for a good while.

This is a realistic take. I hope he returns fully, but the idea of that being a sure thing is a wish at this point. He may not make it all the way back (hope that isn't the case) and if he doesn't, then what? The team basically fell apart in his absence.

If one player is that important then the entire team is EXTREMELY thin on talent.

All I know is our staff do not think we need another RB and Moss's injury was not as severe as initially thought.

2020 was probably the best OL since 2012/13. How many of those guys were drafted? Yes talent matters but I would argue experience and continuity matters just as much, if not more.

Naw, you wanna talk about a three-headed monster at running back, go back to 1973 (Bubba Bean, Alvin Bowers, Skip Walker), 1974 (Bubba Bean, Bucky Sams, Skip Walker), 1975 (Bubba Bean, George Woodard, Skip Walker), or 1976 and 1977 (Curtis Dickey, George Woodard, David Brothers).

Would have loved to see a backfield of Bean, Woodard, and Dickey!

Different era, different offense, different players on O and D, I know but man, those years were sweet, that is until we need to complete a forward pass.
Not very on point to drag up an old "dream" backfield from the wishbone days, but if you wanted to talk about Aggie 3-headed monster backfields from the past, how about Rodney Thomas, Greg Hill and Leland McElroy?

Or Keith Woodside, Darren Lewis, and Robert Wilson.

Vick, Hector, Toney, Sanders, Woodside…

PS. Owen's can make defender miss and he can't break a tackle. He can't block. Hope that changes.

We were down to one scholarship rb for a number of games . Maybe NIL can be used to get deeper at the position . We were deep at the position going into the season and injuries changed all that before the season even began.

If memory serves we have a highly rated fish coming in.

We weren't deep to start the season. We had 4 RB and lost one before the season started. Also we always had at least 2 RB.

Going into next season we will have 5 or 6.

Last year at this time every post was about how A&M had the best QB room in the SEC and some people said the best QB room ever... when in reality we sucked. I remember I said we had a guy who couldn't stay on the field, a guy coming off a major injury, and a 185 pound inaccurate guy and I got laughed out of here

This year we have a guy who was hurt and missed almost the whole season, another guy who was good but got hurt, and a third guy who kinda sucked, and somehow that equals the best RB room in the SEC.

This site is so over the top.

At minimum

Owens
Moss
Daniels
Morrow
Riden

If I'm not mistaken Smith has 1 more year left as well.

Based on what? tu brings back all of their RBs including their injured backs. Their backs are better and deeper based on actual production. That's just off the top of my head. I'm sure I can find 2-3 more teams in the SEC with better RB rooms. Although, I forget that this is TexAgs and many of you think like the staff and just say stupid S and expect people to believe you.
