I'm coming around to this idea more and more. I don't see how Sankey wins the head to head battle for all of the major ACC pieces. The B1G is probably the winner come merger time anyway

This is where Ag loyalty hurts us, we continue to pump $$$$ into a crap product on the field(at least football).

I was thinking this, sadly. Donors love buildings, partly, because buildings require large scale constructions projects.

Yup. There is no incentive to change anything because the $$$ keeps rolling in. The only way to effect meaningful change is to vote with our feet and our wallets.

To be honest, just showed me that schloss and tu deserve each other. I'd rather take my chances with the guy that every single player chose to stay with and not the coach that no player chose to follow...

Yeah right. Less support will help make us better . We currently have a #10 ranked hoops team and a top preseason ranked baseball team coming off a cws final 2 performance . Football needs to step it up, no doubt about that, but we won't get better by dropping support . We are in yr 2 of a new staff. All you folks who think things can change overnight in an organization as big and complex as a major football program need to learn some patience. Give Elko a reasonable evaluation period. If it's not turning the corner by mid yr 3 then that's a different beast .

geesh, where have we heard this for the last 25+ years??? Like what we have been doing has been working. We are Texas 8&4 for a reason. If we go 7-5 this year, what will you say? Go through the 25 schedule

I see 7-5 with 5 games as toss ups and going 3-2 in those games. If it plays out like I am guessing, then we should really ask ourselves WTF are we doing, because what we are doing is not working. Improvement means going 9-3 and winning 2 of 3 from ND, LSU, and Texas
