They have the exact same QBR.

Manziel was agile and lucky. He wasn't the guy who would outrun (straight) the entire secondary, he was the guy that would cut and take advantage of open areas (they would have to run him down).

Also should be noted, he kind of got out of shape as time went on. Especially after his freshman year. He was partying like crazy, sometines hungover on the field (even during game day) and perhaps even in the combine. So who knows how fast he was at his peak. He could have been even better if he stayed long and focused on the sport (stayed away from the distractions). He had a lot of issues going on and it took a toll on him, especially after all the fame.

That long run he had against LA Tech was awesome and had amazing runs against Ole Miss in 2012
