Beli cannot recruit. He isn't going to put up with recruits tantrums and nonsense. He is used to dealing with mature pros, not snotty kids. He won't last there.

He's gonna hate NIL and the Portal, and the one year contracts that every player seems to effectively have. He'll struggle with younger kids who don't mesh with his grumpiness.

He's no doubt a very good and knowledgeable coach and has the potential to be successful. But also remember his success as a pro was also a consequence of a few all world players. His winning percentage became mediocre once those departed. Nothing in that indicates that he will be assured successful with a new team. My gut tells me that it will have some minimal improvement, but don't expect to see him in the playoffs in the next 5 years. Could be wrong, and I actually like the guy and interested in the outcome, just don't have a lot of confidence in the outcome.
If he has 30's TB12 @ QB with unlimited eligibility? Im in!

He would have been better off as a "Consultant". We could use an offensive consultant. Someone with creativity and a strategy. Our defensive minded HC needs to get that side straight as well.

He hasn't started losing players he's recruited or brought in from the Portal yet though. That will begin next off-season, and (i think) will drive him crazy.
