Johnny Cotton Bowl. We were in the middle of the OU section and this was revenge for 77-0 which I was at also. The OU fans didn't like me yelling "there is nothing they can do to stop him!" May have been over served.

Holiday Bowl in San Diego, 1990, 65 to 14 Ags. Buckie Richardson played like his hair was on fire. Ty Detmer dislocated both shoulders. We were living in Albuquerque and my sons, ages 12 and 7 had only seen Aggies play once and that was the year before when Pitt pulled it out 31 to 28, in the Sun Bowl, in El Paso. We had a blast, in San Diego, got to attend a luncheon with players at each table and saw the Fighting Texas Aggie Band play in the San Diego Convention center. Our sons subsequently graduated from A&M in 2000 and 2005. They met and married wonderfull Aggie girls who have given us 5 grandchildren, the oldest grand daughter is applying to A&M for the class of 2029!
