Don't understand why Navy and Army are Flexbone heavy most of the year and then go primarily all shotgun when they play each other. Been happening last few years.

Targeting is good for calling in indirect fire, but not so much for Navy tackling the Army QB.


Edit: The Navy defender using their helmet to make forcible contact with the head or neck area of the defenseless Army QB was not targeting. I still do not know what targeting is since each referee seems to have their own definition.

I figured it out. He keeps going airborne over the defenders to score TD's so he is airborne qualified and an honorary All-American.
