Every time you have a coaching change, it takes time to build. Show me one example of a coach who took over a team, won a natty year one, and sustained that success over a decade.

I get it, It's not easy, it's incredibly hard and also requires some luck. But you need a plan. Forget about the 12 keys for a moment. Ultimately, Sark's plan at Texas was straightforward:
1. Focus on getting bigger he emphasized recruiting for size.
2. Build depth to stay fresh and wear down opponents without a significant drop in performance.

Did you really think this is presenting any new information we didn't already know? A&M has played against 6 or 7 different NC teams since joining the SEC. Seen "the blueprint" plenty of times

Typical semi-successful fan behavior, come talk to the "little guy" like we have never seen football before
