Does this have any notable effect on our ability to make SEC Championship with a W vs Auburn and L vs Texas? Or vice versa?

I'm unfamiliar with all the tie breaking scenarios, but thought I remember someone saying an OU win over Bama and Florida win over Ole Miss does us wonders. One already happened and one seems likely to happen!

If OU wins and we beat Texas we are in SECCG.

Interesting. And that's even with a loss tonight?

If we win tonight and OU holds on, we are in the SECCG even if we lose next week (if TN beats Vandy).

False. It would be Tennessee Georgia

This is wrong. It would be Texas/Georgia. I swear I looked up this scenario earlier and it had us finishing 2nd.

Losing this week and winning next week makes it A&M/Georgia, however.

Wait, I was right. Due to Florida beating Ole Miss, the original post was right. Win tonight, lose next week, OU holds on, TN beats Vandy = in the SECCG.

that SEC conference tiebreaker website says if we lose tonight but beat Sips next week…then it's A&M vs Georgia.

If we win tonight and next week, we face UGA in the SECC.

If we win tonight and lose to tu, we rematch them in the SECC.

Maybe. Would also need lsu over ou and Tenn over Vandy for your second scenario to play out. As long and Bama doesn't come back tonight

Not a lock…the other game results next week play a factor

You're right - thanks for the correction.

With Bama and Ole Miss losing, that should be automatic for Georgia, Tennessee and Texas to make the playoffs no matter what.
