Basically got the same problem Reed has had then vs Carolina, Arkansas, and Bowling Green - every game he's had to pass.Bill Superman said:
He's not going through his progressions and seeing the field. His timing is way off and he's not anticipating open receivers.
How does that Oregon QB switch schools so much and be successful if the issue is about "new coordinators"? LolOff_The_Wood said:This is true. But we've done him no favors. It's been a revolving door of OC'c and offensive philosophies since he got here. I truly feel for the kid. There is an alternate universe where he is developed properly and actually has a productive career.Muy said:
Just not developing and improving.
Lol. Reed was a big problem for us last night. He missed open throws and didn't see other guys open. His QBR was 59.2agdaddy04 said:
And not sure why this is still being brought up. Reed wasn't the issue last night.

Well he had a towel on his head the whole game which is just so, I don't know. Disconcerting.

Anyone have Molly Griswold's number? Conner hasn't had his Moxie since his foot was broke.
Compete. Keep your head up. Grind. Work hard. With integrity. Be a team player. Fight for the starting job. Don't quit.infinity ag said:
If you were Wiggy Senior, what would you advise your kid to do?
What? Conner broke his foot earlier this 2024 season? did i miss something? what are you talking about?KyleFieldKing said:
Great questions! Conner Weigman's injury was a pretty tough one. He suffered a broken foot earlier this season. The staff has been really careful with his recovery to avoid long-term issues, which makes sense given his potential. As for the rest, I'd say it's less about being 'shell-shocked' and more about making sure he's 100% ready both physically and mentally before getting back on the field. Reed's done a solid job stepping in, but I agree that having Conner back would be a huge boost for the team, especially as we're heading into critical games. Let's hope he's cleared soon.
Yes. Those are easy to confuse with one another.KyleFieldKing said:
I misspoke-it was the AC joint injury he suffered in his throwing shoulder in the season-opening loss to Notre Dame.

I wonder which school he transfers to and then win the Heisman?

Weigman's going to lead A&M to a big time come back in the 2nd half of the Texas game, like Reed did in the LSU game. Weigman & Reed split time in a dominate win over Tenn in the SECCG. And make a good run in the CFP. I can't see how far they go in the CFP, ran out of the Mary Jane. Working on it! Where is the "horndown" emoji?
In that case, A&M (Year 1 Elko Era) will finish 6-2, 9-3. Which is awesome!Blinnaggie2002 said:
He's just not that good and was exposed. Sad but true. I knew he was overrated and was disappointed that he was the starter. I knew we were doomed when they chose him.
Last year under Fisher he was excellent until injury. One of the best in the nation. And biggest strength was making throws and plays under pressure. His performance in the Miami game with no protection and taking no sacks was tremendous.DTX_12 said:
