Prime absolutely owns Boulder right now. His net economic benefit to the University for just the 6 sold out home games this year was recently determined to be in the realm of $115 million dollars. And his overall economic impact due to attention, sponsorships, advertising, cross promotion was reported to be over $250 million LAST year. He completely has the run of the place, and some may remember he got a local reporter who had been critical of him and the program boycotted, with the support of the University. He has plenty of money, and apparently loves Boulder. He essentially has no expectations either. Why would he want the hassle of expectations, and oversight, and big-time boosters, by moving to Florida State (with the rumor being he has some bad blood.) Why would he want to put up with Jerry Jones? And CU has a legitimate shot at one of the top 4 spots in the CFP. Remaining games are all winnable games against Kansas, Utah, Oklahoma State. The Conference Championship would be against BYU-who certainly don't seem unbeatable. I don't care much for his antics, but he has been a huge success for a program that defined the word 'moribund'.
