I will follow it up by saying this tweet made me research and On3 is predicting a flip. Wiltfong changed his prefiction after our game but it's behind a paywall

Some of the top recruits have waited for us to prove we were on an upward trajectory before seriously considering us. Games like today really help.

Believe some of the shine is gonna come off Venables and Deboer as season progresses, which may lead to more flips to us.

I expect any more OLs that want in the boat better hurry up and jump in.

I think we did lose out on some top targets because there was/is doubt in the program. This win is huge and if we can get to 9-3 I think it should eliminate the doubt.

Doubt caused by negative recruiting by other schools esp tu a couple SEc schools.

We do need some top WRs as losing all of those battles so far (pure Wr)…esp to tu, Oreg and Aub.

Could've sworn he used to be a 5*. He would be a huge get for us, and I would have to assume we'd lose an OL commit considering how many we have committed.

The way this OL is playing I don't think we'll have problems bringing in big time recruits there anymore.

So performance means nothing then and we can stop worrying. I don't think the top teams are getting outbid by Auburn if that's what you are suggesting.
