Underestimate? We have lost to them one time since joining the SEC

But out of 16 SEC programs, why would they eliminate Arkansas of all schools off the permanent schedule?

As much as the DFW haters cringe over the thought of the game continuing. I think yall are in for some bad news

Because Texas and LSU are no brainers for our permanent opponents and same for Arkansas , and the SEC would rather have them play Mizzou as a 3rd due to geography . That's Jmo of course but I believe that's the way it will happen.

I agree with you to a degree with that. But LSU has more rivalries with people than Arkansas.

As per what I've read on tRant. LSU is rivals with Arkansas, Ole Miss, and Alabama.

They have a long history with several other programs that are considered as rivals among their fanbase. Like their game with Auburn, and Florida.

Mizzou has it out for Arkansas more than Arkansas does for them. Arkansas hates LSU more than they do Mizzou. No one in the SEC hates Mizzou. Mizzou is in a unique position because they don't truly fit in perfectly in any one particular conference? They're near the Big 10, but in the SEC, but has a Big 12 feel.

If the SEC decides to only lock each program into one permanent game.

t.u will get OU
A&M will get Arkansas
Alabama gets Auburn
UGA gets Florida

I don't think that scenario happens though because LSU would be screwed because Ole Miss and State would be locked in.

I could see each school having two permanent rival games.
We hate LSU more than they hate us.

Funny. I work with and live and do tons of business in Arkansas. My neighbor ranch owners are both Ark grads. ALL of them pull for A&M except when we play them. ALL like the FTAB.

LSU likes to claim they have no rivals. Alabama LSU will not happen as permanent opponent imo … no way. Too difficult for Bama playing Aub, Tennessee , and LSU annually. Yeah I know Auburn is down but they won't stay down forever .


I think LSU will draw us , Arky , and either Ole
Miss or Miss St. I tend to believe Miss St will also be our 3rd permanent. OU will get tu, Missouri , and I dunno who. Tu will get OU , us and Arky. Jmo.

Those long time SeC rivalries like Ole Miss - Vandy, Tennessee -Florida , Florida - Georgia . Vandy - Tennessee, Georgia - Auburn, Miss - MSU. Those will not be messed with.

Gap fillers . I say that because their biggest natural rivals aren't in the SEC. Maybe OU as well just because other than tu they don't have that much history with anyone. .

I know. You have now told me this while passionately defending them about 5 times now.

In my experience, and I was in the military with them. So i worked every day and even lived with them while deployed. They never missed an opportunity to put Texas down, Texans, A&M, t.u. and everything in between.

My experience mirrors what you read from their fanbase over on tRant.

The ones I've known and even run into all seem to be made from a factory because they're all the same. Faded t-shirt, dirty jeans, even dirtier boots, farmers tan, bad skin, and an addiction to cigarettes

Yes, and I don't think anyone here would be shocked if we lost. But almost everyone is predicting a close game that ends in a win and I don't it's crazy to feel that way given a 11 year sample
