Liberty Bibberty....can you imagine if the Flames are the only unbeaten standing at the end? Or them and the winner of Army/Navy? Not even halfway through the season and lots of chaos. Love it!

Liberty went to the Fiesta Bowl last year after un undefeated regular season and conference championship.

And Oregon trashed them.

If Liberty, Army or Navy get into the playoff I feel like there is ZERO chance they advance and win it all.

I think Army and Navy could conceivably play each other in consecutive weeks!

They could meet in the American conference title game, and then play the Army-Navy game the week AFTER!

Undefeated teams still scheduled to play. Big 10 will mostly solve itself. Army /Navy will be next level.

tOSU = plays Oregon, Penn St, and Indiana
Oregon = tOSU
PedoState = tOSU
Indiana = tOSU
Iowa State =
BYU =
tu =
Pitt =
Miami =
Army = Navy
Navy = Army
Liberty =

I really thought Miami was going down yesterday dammit.

I still hold my statement and I think The sooners beat tu this weekend.

I'd say BYU, Oregon, and Miami have a decent shot to finish the regular season unbeaten. As far as I'm concerned tho Miami has a loss.

This is why the SEC and Big Ten are pushing for guaranteed access for more than the conference champion. With better competition fewer undefeated is an expected outcome. But I'm pulling for Indiana University to go undefeated!!!

With conference expansion, unbalanced schedules, and NIL/Portal it's actually more likely number of undefeated teams goes up. Big12 and Big10 scheduling specifically got more watered down than ever before with mediocre programs transferring in (UCLA, USC) and recent powers (Wash, Mich) underperforming significantly.

Also tu and OU leaving the Big12 has made it possible for BYU and Iowa St to go undefeated much deeper into the season than anytime previously.

I do agree no team in the SEC will go undefeated. A&M and LSU only undefeated in conference because of easy, unbalanced schedules so far.

Oregon has the best chance. They already beat the one really tough team on their schedule. Everyone else SHOULD be an easy win

And then once again will be demolished in playoffs while legit teams sit out.

Oregon played Ohio St which was an all-out dog fight. That was definitely a tough opponent. They play some teams that aren't cupcakes, just nothing left that's a juggernaut

Again, so no one is confused.

Oregon = Illinois,
Penn State = tOSU, USCw
Indiana = tOSU,
Iowa State = KState
BYU = none
Pitt = SMU, Clemson
Miami = none
Army = Notre Dame, Navy
Navy = Notre Dame, Army
Liberty =none

Oregon, BYU, Miami, and Liberty now look to be in the driver's seat with remaining games.

Penn State / Indiana / Ohio State should mostly resolve the rest of the Big10.

Army / Navy should work itself out and there is a chance neither are undefeated by years end.

I'm guessing a realistic chance of about 4 left before the playoffs.

I think Oregon has the best chance to finish with an undefeated 12-0 regular season record. Oregon already beat Ohio State 32-31 on 10/12 and should be favored in all five of their remaining games. They will likely play Ohio State in a rematch in the Big 10 Championship Game.

The last time no division I college football team went undefeated was 1982.

I'd wager against your proposition.

You mean regular season only, correct?

In 07 every team had a loss. Only Hawaii didn't through the regular season, and they got pounded by Georgia.

Wisconsin will get Oregon or Penn state
BYU loses this weekend
Notre dame beats navy or army, likely both
Indiana will lose to tOSU
Iowa state will lose at Utah
