No. Piss poor effort shouldn't be rewarded. That's a cancer to the locker room and not the culture Elko wants to build. Moose is a good receiver and knows it. That's the problem. He's trying to strong arm his way into the lineup without earning it and Elko isn't going to allow that. Moose needs to earn it like everyone else.

Coaches can put up with a lot with guys that consistently perform on the field at a high level. If they don't do both then they are going to replace you. Listen to Jimmy Johnson talk about Michael Irving and John Roper sleeping in a team meeting. One was woke up and the other got cut.
