2025 Bellville defensive tackle DJ Sanders commits to Texas A&M

Texas A&M goes down the road to the “Pasture of Pain” to nab their latest commitment today with the verbal pledge of 2025 Bellville DT DJ Sanders‍.

The cousin of longtime NFL wideout Emmanuel Sanders, DJ chooses the Aggies over Alabama, Oklahoma and Baylor. 

The 6-foot-3, 290-pounder is Mike Elko’s 20^th commit of the 2025 class, and Sanders has been a priority target since the Aggies offered in September of 2022. 

It’s pretty easy to see why Sanders was so coveted once you turn the tape on. He’s extremely explosive and light on his feet for such a big kid. The agility for a 300-pounder is impressive. He displays an elite first step and exceptional play strength. His sturdy build also helps him hold his ground and anchor in the run game. He has made a habit of being in the opposing backfield quite a bit in his career at Bellville.
