Good grief this thread is full on stupid.
Aggies don't go to the Big 10 in the foreseeable future. Just isn't going to happen. Nor should it. (As of todays state of play).
Could things change? Of course.

If we leave for the Big 10, tu will be off the leash and will destroy the SEC. SEC has no idea what they let walk through the door. We are probably the only SEC member who knows how tu operates and can strategically block them as long as we stay a member. We are an asset to help the other SEC members understand the underhanded ways of tu. We leave,...tu has their way with the SEC, no doubt. SEC only gets weaker with tu in the mix. JMO.....and, history is on my side.

If we moved conferences again, we'd be viewed as the biggest pusses in college athletics by the media.
And they would be absolutely correct about it.

This is the exact reason the sips started the rumor. They want to give the perception that we are scared of them.
The funniest thing they stated 12 years ago and I still see sips state it today.
"We went to the SEC bc we were afraid of them."
Yes, they are that stupid to not even know how stupid that statement sounds.
I'm sure some of the posts supporting a Big 10 move on this thread are sip trolls. The other few posts, well, every fan base has some not keeping up.

There. I said it.
It's rich of you to pull up a thread from 2014 that quotes historical articles and historical timelines that predate 2014 to prove your point that the PAC was a desirable landing spot for folks in 2014. I should point out that this was posted 8 years before you even joined TexAgs, and then have audacity to allege that you will hold me accountable for my assertion that we will never go to the B1G. Good lord man, get a life.
I will also point out that none of the information you posted legitimately allege that tu and OU were angling for the PAC in 2014. It was obvious to them and everyone else by 2014 that the PAC model would fall way behind. And that is a fact.
Why don't you call us Deloss Dodds and hold him accountable for almost moving us all to the PAC? Or call up Greg Sankey and hold him accountable for going back on Mike Slive's gentleman's agreement with Dr. Loftin?
I've seen a lot on TexAgs, but this is a new one for me.

You seem to be really offended by absolutely nothing offensive. If it isn't abundantly clear that being on record of saying stupid **** like "A&M will NEVER go B1G" and then doubling down by acting like everyone just KNEW the PAC was going under is your right, let me say it again: type whatever you want. Be as wrong as you want. I won't be trying to be the internet police or hold anyone "accountable" for their stupid posts. Just a warning in general about believing anything is as concrete as you think it is.
And I joined in 2011. I lost my Ag Tag during the Covid hysteria. Wish those posts were still here because my predictions were pretty spot on.

Unless you wrote staff asking for your account to be deleted, it's still here. As well as your spot on predictions.
But, you probably lost your username during the Antifa riots.
However long it took my to type "texags.com ag4 coal" and click on the first link - probably less than 30 seconds. The Banned said:AGinHI said:Like it was in your pocket and got lost in the wash or something? The Banned said:The Chicken Ranch said:

Ag4coal. Feel free to try and find it. Maybe they are still there. I was pretty pissed about being banned and told them to just nuke my account.

I want us to stay in the SEC. It's a good fit for us. But I disagree with others who say if we went to the B1G that it would be a big downgrade and awful for us. Those are good teams, good schools.
I agree. However, and I say this with some objectivity, if not for SEC officiating allowing opponents to hold our DL/DE with impunity, we would have won two or three more games in the last two years. It did assist with getting rid of Fisher, but at a steep price. Perhaps A&M to the BIG was a factor with Schlossnagle leaving.

A&M belongs in the SEC, let tu go run with the Big 10 when things don't go as well as they think here.
