I may have missed it, but I didn't see #43 Joe Routt listed. Captain Routt was A&M's first All American back in the late 30's and was an Infantry company commander who was Killed in Action in early December 1944 in the European theater.

I suspect I know the answer now if I ever had to answer the question of who my favorite Aggie player is. Anytime I see a list like this Dat is the first person I look for every time. So I guess that's the answer.
