After about the 6th place, that list gets stupid and out of order.

Does that even grant a benefit in the game? Do teams get more false starts and personal fouls?

Yes it supposedly will make a difference. Miscommunications on audibles, false starts, etc. It apparently will be dynamic as well. Meaning as your team plays better or worse, the impact will scale. I also read something that crowd presence can change over the course of a season. So if my team goes out and starts 0-8, the crowd will be smaller and less interested. Not sure how true that is.

Everything I have seen about the game seems to be incredibly realistic.

Notre Dame doesn't belong in the top 50.

Been there. 9,000 students in the back corner of the end zone = no mojo.

Baffling, since we usually lose half of the home games every year since RC.
