ETA- He was serving a federal sentence for armed robbery but was released last year as part of a compassionate release program.

There was an article published a couple weeks back about his battle with cancer, did not see it posted:

Such a shame. Great player surrounded by good influences at Bishop Dunne, but felt like he had to go to Carter to get noticed. Coaches I knew at Dunne wished him the best but knew he needed a lot of discipline.
