Are lyrics not part of a song regardless if they are sung or not? The data via google says yes. What if the lyrics to a song encouraged cop killing or a resumption of slavery? Still good? Some just don't care for racial slurs and profanity. It's good the adults made the correct call. It's over. Move on. After few celebratory brews, I did.

No. The instrumental version of a song does not have lyrics in it. Just like Kidz Bop versions of songs aren't the same thing either. Listening to a movie soundtrack isn't the same thing as watching a movie.

Without those garbage lyrics, the song never would have done anything. Just be glad its gone... I certainly am along with many others. Even without the lyrics, it was a looser. There ain't no amount of stretching to justify the song being a good representation of A&M that will sway me one iota.
