What have you seen out of A&M that leads you to believe that anyone should be scared of us? National Championship winning coaches have come here and had their careers die. lol no they aren't. I swear you could find these posts after Sherman and Sumlin were hired. A guy who is 16/9 isn't scaring anybody. Might work out but it's a wait and see situation.

Schools always concern themselves with their recruiting rivals. Including the Sips who were super happy when they thought Stoops was our hire.

oh plz. What do you expect them to do? They can't show concern, for recruiting if nothing else. And most of them are probably too worried about an upcoming drag show or something to know they should be worried if their football team's success is that important to them. You can tell on their football boards that they wanted us to have got Stoops and they are not thrilled we got Elko whatsoever, especially with ERob here holding the roster together.

Now they have to pretend it's not an impactful hire for recruiting purposes regardless. Have some common sense.

They've just won 10 games. Beat Bama at Bama, playing for a Conference Championship, and this year they've been pimped as one of the four possible playoff teams. I can't imagine them having any thoughts about a 7 win team that underachieved again, then fired their coach.

Lmao. They've basically won 50% their games by single digits vs all 3-star-recruit teams. Played against like 6 teams using backup QBs due to injury.

They're frauds but get to overpower the weak Big12 DL's. They'd probably have the same record we do with our exact schedule. Getting milroe in week 2 is why they beat them. You goofy little guy.

It's ok that they're better than us right now. You don't have to twist yourself into knots.

Elko does give us a better chance at winning against them at Kyle, and definitely playing a much better 2nd Half against them regardless of any other circumstances.

The sips aren't mortified but they are concerned. Jimbo was a hot mess as was Sumlin. Elko looks to be the 'CEO' type of coach modern cfb requires. We could definitely beat them next season.

tu is a team that is on their fifth? coach since we left for the SEC and hasn't won sh$t in ten years except for the occasional bragging rights upset win. They finally bought their way to a winning team in the weakest conference in the country. Any one of them that has a brain would be concerned. Even with Jimbo we could very likely have beaten them this year.
