We've had to resort to our 3rd strong QB 3 years in a row. Nothing is getting better. It's time.

Jimbo Kneeling the ball before halftime, 6 QB's in Two Years, Inept OLine play. Trends that had no Sign/Hope of changing. But, we were supposed to wait Longer? Jimbo pi$$ed away the Most Momentum the Football program has Ever had.

Everyone. Had. Seen. Enough.

Never showed swagger and dominance leading programs exhibit. Case in point Georgia dismantling Mississippi last night. Time to go.

While all of this is true, his recruiting BROUGHT the most momentum this program has ever had. He didn't develop the players and the team hit some crazy bad luck.

He was given the extension because LSU was going to hire him away. He underperformed and now he's gone. Let's get this shizz right for once!

Over 6 years here, Jimbo has shown us what he is capable of. Looks like somebody finally believed him.

Recruiting doesn't mean anything if you can't coach the talent to be successful.

I believe with all my heart Jimbo deserved one more year. I think next season would've been our championship year under Jimbo.

personally i liked jimbo and i really wanted him to succeed. he has been a great ambassador for our program and school. although he wasn't as successful as we had hoped he did elevate the stature of our program. unfortunately he just couldn't get us over the hump. this move especially now really surprised me, hopefully the hire will as well.

This.

But he should've been let go last year. He's done a poor job of replacing assistants, Schmidt being the biggest that isn't talked about.

Jimbo's '18 team would've beaten the tar out of any of the teams he's put out the last 3 years and any of the teams Sumlin ran out the previous 3.

If more changes were made this year, I might agree. But to see the same thing with the line and the QB injuries, the not to have QB3 look like a star when they came in, just reinforced that it was unfortunately time.

Jimbo has many positive attributes. But he's not a very good football coach.

Past behavior/performance is the best predictor of future performance. We are where we are and needed change.
