Yeah, all we need to do is execute, well that and we are the only team with injuries, 2nd team QB and all that, that our losses since Jimbo came here are by an average of 5.178246232 points, and wait till next year or the year after that.

Ole Miss beat Arkansas by 7 and Auburn by 7. Got blown out by Alabama and struggled with Tulane. The Ole Miss QB has not looked good this year or last year. Ole Miss has their own injuries.

And our own starters who were out haven't changed the outcome of our other games, especially not the defensive backs. Stewart was the only guy missing who is major impact, and he has been held back by Jimbo's offenses as much as anyone to the point it'd be surprising if he returns next year along with others.

Sorry, but OP is one of the problems A&M has had over the last 30 years. Being "happy" or "satisfied" with "almost" is unacceptable!!!

His record is so bad on the road. He statistically should have won a couple of games on accident.

It was yet another clearly winnable game that didn't happen. That's all it was. This is the trend --- a bad trend, I might add --- that is "quintessential Jimbo Fisher" and his failing football regime. It's so commonplace that many Aggie fans EXPECT this to consistently happen. Had something different occurred yesterday, the Aggie faithful would have been pleasantly surprised. That fact alone should tell you how this acceptance of mediocrity (which begins at the top) have become a cancer on the entire program that needs to be cut out. At this point, waiting for next year or accepting perpetual mediocrity don't seem --- to many of us --- viable options. Second place in football games at any level means only one thing. You are the "first loser." And the competitiveness or the closeness of the loss doesn't soothe anything. It irritates even more. Apparently, some like you are fine with "close but no cigar." You may be an Aggie, but I'm hopeful there aren't a whole lot of Aggies out there who adopt this mentality. It gives the rest of us a very bad name.

Sir, it's year 6, we have the 4th most talented roster in the country, best facilities in the country, and unlimited financial resources. The results we saw should be the absolute bare minimum expectation at this point. We lost to another ranked team we're equally or more talented than as an unranked underdog.
