Hmmm, well let's see- ranked 101 in scoring offense and 25 in scoring defense.

He had 1100 rushing yards and 11 total TDs through 12 games. He has over 200 yards rushing in just his second NFL game ever, along with 4 total TDs.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and say no, the defense wasn't the problem.

Coulda woulda shoulda started them both.

Achane has the most effortless football speed I've ever seen. Even in the NFL he looks like he doesn't even bother hitting his top gear. Crazy.

Outstanding performance today

Was listening to some of the game on the Denver radio broadcast. The announcers were obviously very impressed with him. They were wondering why he was taken so late (third round) in the draft. They could only think that some were worried about his size.

The little cut he makes in the hole, that little change of direction just opened it up enough for his speed to blow by everyone. Absolute beauty.

I could see Achane having a season similar to the one Todd Gurley had back in 2017.

Might have been wrong about Jimbo all along. Should be known as the RB whisperer.

Every time I changed the channel, he got another one. Pumped for him, though I might've been able to score one against Denver today.

I like the way he BOTH lowers his had AND jukes before the hit, causing tacklers to have to bring him down while knifing through their arms. So many RB's can lower their head, but always do that to hit the tackler square in the chest or directly head to head. Always wondered why so many do that. Devon's technique seems to make him look like he's running stronger than he should for his size, but that's because he always shoots for daylight and the glancing blow.

His ability to run through congestion is so impressive. Elusive, fast, and slippery.

Achanes game against LSU last year was one of the best final performances in Kyle Field history. Wish we could have kept that guy another year.

Only game Achane rushed for over 200 at A&M was his last game against LSU. He had 38 carries for 215 yards
