No it's not unforgivable, but that's not really the issue. Forgivable or not, most people would be in jail right now with his rap sheet, and he absolutely should be. I'm not saying I want him to fail at everything in life, but before he is given yet another chance to succeed, I believe he should suffer serious consequences for the serious crimes he committed just like any other criminal. So far he has not suffered near the consequences he should have in my opinion.

No it's not unforgivable, but that's not really the issue. Forgivable or not, most people would be in jail right now with his rap sheet, and he absolutely should be. I'm not saying I want him to fail at everything in life, but before he is given yet another chance to succeed, I believe he should suffer serious consequences for the serious crimes he committed just like any other criminal. I've lived close to there in one part of my life. There might not be a more fitting punishment. There's literally nothing there. You can look in the direction of the next town that's 8 miles away and see it.

There are feed lots on each highway heading all directions out of town, so no matter which way the wind is blowing, the cow manure smell fills the air. But there are two really nice golf courses in Garden City, so there's that...

To me, old school. I was raised you don't hit a women. Unforgivable to me. Of course, it is forgivable in God's eyes and mine don't really count. So, that's all that matters but the question is, has he prayed for forgiveness with God. Hopefully so and I wish him luck but he really needs to change his way of living and thinking. I hope all the best for him moving forward.

Garden City is a depressing dump of a town. Most of it was built in the 1940s,1950s. Not much there. This kid is lucky to get another chance. He'll blow it. He's already proven REPEATEDLY he's a moronic head case. It's just a pattern.

I've been a trial lawyer for a decade, so I'm a tad familiar with our legal system and how it works. Just a tad.
