It wasn't the PVAMU President. It was the president of the alumni association. So, he's not running the university regardless whether it is part of the Texas A&M system, or not.

I'm guessing it has to do with autonomy. If you're taking money from someone, in this case, the A&M system, they want to see your books and want to see on how the money is being spent. The question is, what do you want to hide?

This thread has potential. I just hope they understand the cause and affect of such decisions.

Whatever PVAMU decides, I hope they lean on their conscious for this one. In any case this matter has peaked my interest.
