Sam winning the US Amateur was considerably more difficult than say winning the Heisman. Winning that is a vote among the best 5 or so QB and RB on 10+ win teams. The AM requires you to beat multiple elite players from around the world head to head over several days without losing once.

I guess it's the feed I'm watching. I paused YouTube TV during off-season so I'm watching this on ESPN+ and it's whip around coverage but maybe it isn't the main feed but it's the only one I see. Been watching the last 2 hours and I've seen everyone in the top 15 but him. Maybe I'm getting up at the wrong times but it's like he doesn't exist when I am looking.

It's safe to say that I'm an idiot. And blind. Ok carry on.

Why the Stetson hate, guy grew up wanting to be a Bulldog QB he did what was needed to finally get a chance at his dream , with a little luck and solid play ( even if it was just as a game manager ) he got the starting job and won a bunch of games. High profile college QB,s are often D-bags but what singles him out for your contempt

I think you may have answered your own question. He is a D-bag. I don't really care if he is a starting QB or if he has ED, a D-bag is a D-bag and his arrest video further proves it.

I get it. I deal with D-bags in my line of work all the time. You learn to tolerate them but you don't have to respect them. I think that is what has made my business so successful to this day.
