Can't believe this is the first time this game has ever gone into OT. Excellent game by both teams.
To 1,000,000 touchdowns ...and beyond

What is the NASA connection to Navy?

Navy got screwed on that fumble call

Yea, I know John Glenn and others but would think they draw from all forces. Maybe it is an homage to the Gemini/Apollo days.

Lol that was clearly a fumble. The ball was at his feet when he finally came down.
Lol it was not. You could see the Army defender swat for it before he came down. Then the overhead shot showed the ball at his feet when his elbow and shoulder came down. The ball did not get from his forearm to his feet that fast.schmellba99 said:Aggieair said:schmellba99 said:

Looked like his forearm was down before the ball came loose

Lol anyone who has ever watched the game knows this. But they always have and are just referred to as "Army" and "Navy" - it's simpler to say.4 said:
"the" Army didn't win and "the" Navy didn't lose.
It's amazing to me how many people don't know the difference between the services and the service academies.

And navy fired its coach. He's a good dude, could have left there multiple times for bigger paydays but was loyal to the school.

2-5 against Army in last 7; 2-5 against Navy.

The graduation record at Navy isn't due to the head coach, I can assure you that.
Not a lot of half assers that commit to the service academies. And no exceptions for academics. They have a bunch of smart, disciplined kids who are willing to sacrifice heavily to achieve. And some of them happen to play football
