Saw the posts about the players who played for Jackie and wondered how Domingo is doing… I know he had health issues a while back…

As a rabid Ag growing up in Nacogdoches, I remember the skinny kid from Garrison who became an INCREDIBLE part of Aggie lore…

I used to live in Lexington, KY when former Oiler, Steve Brown, was the UK DC… Had the chance to talk to him after a game one year and mentioned I was a Fightin' Texas Aggie… He told me Domingo was the best pure hitting safety out there… just too skinny for his own good…

If I recall correctly, Bob Davie was recruiting Domingo and never saw him play football. He came away so impressed after watching Domingo play basketball that he offered. Kid was a player. Very rangy safety who could bring the lumber in run support. Great memories!
