I think our biggest issue is getting a decent QB here. We won't get one in 2023. We may pick up someone's trash from the portal, we lost Lagway to FL for 24'.

You better accept unacceptable. No way in hell this class ends up top 10. Right now no QB, RB, or WR. 11 commits and one is the friggin punter. Most teams after a season like this can the coach and try and build a bit of momentum. I have no idea how Jimbo builds any momentum at this point.

Fyi, early signing isnt until Dec 15th. Everything is just verbal at this point.

What are reporters (doesn't matter if they are national, regional, or local) supposed to be saying at this point? "Jimbo is doing a really good job this year coaching with his team starting ranked #6 and now is 3-7 and will miss a bowl."

Did anyone listen to this,....I haven't. But the write up states the sky isn't completely falling 'yet' and that it reads that we are going to emphasize the portal this year (although Jimbo ruffling feathers that other coaches are tampering with the system today and he's not going to do that).

Anthony Hill not committing to Texas this week was good for A&M's chances. Getting Hill and Hicks on campus is hugely important. I don't think the Oregon visit did much for Daymion Sanford."

you really think these kids are reading fox sports and espn and all these talk shows? why would they, they have access to coaches that tell them directly about how terrible we are. And they have seen us play. That national media stuff is just an excuse we want to use...they don't pay attention to it. They have eyes and pretty much every school asks them why would you go there, they're 3-7 in year 5....

Haven't you guys noticed that it doesn't matter if you have an all star signing class if they are not developed? That's what is happening there just like we had that same problem for many years with a revolving door of coaches coming in and going out.

No team chemistry, no development equals major disappointment.
