I was really excited 2 years ago and purchased season tickets from a great family of Aggies. The Alabama game last year was awesome. However, I've sit through some really depressing games. My attitude now is to go to the game and enjoy the atmosphere, enjoy friends I've made sitting around us, enjoy shopping and Fuegos and the company of my wife. Gig'em '88

Sometimes I envy Iowa State fans: you know how the season ends, and it frees you up to enjoy successes while not sweating the expected failures. And you get to really celebrate the one "surprise" win each season!

I feel like we get those surprise wins too. That's actually a good comparison though… I bet we beat a team that we should lose to this season and they hype comes back only for us to start the cycle all over again.

I am an aggie fan whether we win or lose. A&M is my team. It's part of my identity. I can never become "un-alum" myself.

A friend's father graduated from A&M in the 70's. He said the football team was so bad back then that they started kissing their dates on first downs because they couldn't score. He said even then there were games when they didn't get to kiss their date.

It's like every year since the last 40 or so. A&M is the home of mediocrity at
it's best despite some of the best recruiting classes in the country.
National laughing stock. 5 years and the guy can't find a Qb.

The only excitement for me is if we start Conner, start putting 4 down and win out our year as the miracle turnaround team
