Bama is not good at all right now. Not sure if Bama is just bad or playing terrible. It looks like they have fallen off several levels. Is this the first time they have played at 11am in a decade?

After back to back pass intereferce penatlies agaisnt Alabama, Texas was in position to score a touchdown or at least a field goal to take the lead at halftime, but a mishandled snap led to a blocked field goal. This might prove to be the difference, unless Alabama pulls away in the 4th quarter.

If this were a conference game, an Alabama loss wouldn't be the worst thing. However, it being a nom-conference game, a loss doesn't help us at all.
