He's not getting very good assessments coming out of camp. There is alot of concern about his ability to process the game quick enough. I hope he succeeds though!

This. If you have that many starts at QB and are remotely decent, you are going to set some records. That said, hopefully he does well on Sunday

With regard to Sumlin screwed up qb room agree 100%. Sumlin was an idiot on stilts to put Mond into the UCLA game. If he puts in Hubenak we win easily. Hell he had to put Hubenak in the next week just to salvage a win at home vs Nicholls St. I will always believe Monds development was damaged by this. I could see bringing Mond along and maybe starting him toward the end of his true freshman 2017 season. But to put him in there in his first game was absolutely awful and Sumlin and or mazzone should have been hung by the balls immediately.

Without Mond's delayed decision making, we would not have had that LSU shootout in '18

I can't get myself to watch the Woke football league anymore. But I do follow the Aggies in the NFL, and root for them.

I get the impression from reading the off-season stuff that this might be a "make or break" game for Mond. Do well, and he can lock down the back-up spot for the year (can anyone ever envision him entering a season as a starting QB?). Do very poorly, and he probably doesn't make the team this year.

One hour for Kellen taking the field. Wonder if he has the jitters warming up.
