I agree 100% and I am not trying to insinuate that Jimbo has broken any rules or whatever. It would just be an absolutely horrible look and bad mark for his legacy IF something comes out later. Even more so for Saban because like Jimbo said, he's "the greatest to ever do it" and "walks on water"PatriotAg02 said:something tells me he took this VERY VERY personal. I don't think he'd get this pissed off if he did the same crap. All I do is Nguyen said:
I'll also say this, Jimbo better have his I's dotted and his T's crossed because a coach of a major national football program can't be saying what both Jimbo and Saban have been saying and then get caught doing some nonsense later.
Just asked Lane Kiffin for his thoughts on Jimbo going scorched Earth on his old mentor, Nick Saban: "Speechless for the first time in my life."

How many 'DESPICABLE' t-shirts do you think we could sell on @TexAgs after today?

But as usual, this will get spun as Jimbo being the one out of line, and Saban being the saint. I guaran-effing-tee it.
Spoke to a former SEC assistant on the Saban-Jimbo blowup in It Just Means More land: "There has ALWAYS been an “honor amongst thieves” mantra in the league and those two just called each other’s wives fat to a global audience."

And Saban was against the transfer portal. Except he uses the hell out of it now.
