He's not close to Reuben Foster as far as a monster MLB. Fosters film out of HS was darn right scary. He played fast, hard and relentless on D. Blew plays up. Watched many Perkins games this year and defense was an afterthought for him. Averaged under 3 tackles per game. That's horrible. He was primarily focused on RB.

Maybe he turns out to be good college LB but right now my money would be on no.
