Sorry if posted previously but the gator bowl has announced they are providing refunds due to the change.

I bought through Ticketmaster and they previously denied but that has changed now.

Does the insurance Ticket Master offers cover cancellations? Surprised they'd deny refunds on a canceled game. I get postponed but cancelled and not refunding can't be legal.

Ok that makes sense on why they wouldn't offer a refund. At least they reversed course even know they didn't have to.

If you purchased a ticket directly from the Gator Bowl through TicketMaster or through the 12th Man Foundation, then you can get a refund. It may take 30-60 days before the funds hit your card. You have to log onto your TicketMaster account and request it. If denied, the Bowl has a link to escalate. Likewise, if you purchased a parking pass through the Bowl's web page, they are supposed to honor your request for a refund.

Now the bad news.

If you purchased your ticket through a third party reseller (geekseat, stub hub, vivid seats), then unfortunately you're out of luck. Likewise, if you purchased your ticket from a private seller through TicketMaster you are out of luck.

Kind of risky if you're bringing a family to the game, not knowing what seating options will be available when you "walk up".
