Noticed on espn crawler tonight that Miami has sufficient virus issues to cause the Sun Bowl to begin consultations with Washington State (specifics not revealed) and Bama OC and OL player(s) are positive. Our game may be the first of several dominoes to fall.

I found out something last night while talking to a college coach who is a friend. ALL team are not testing.
There is nothing that says you have to.
He said the word in college football is that Fisher didn't want to play so he tested. He said that of course there is no way to know if that's true or not.
I was very surprised when he said you didn't have test.

As simple as this. Disappointing but ultimately the only choice we had once you weighed in player safety and being able to field a full team with working knowledge at each position.

This year on the field was a bit disappointing for sure. Hope Jimbo rides this magical recruiting carpet into 2022 and keeps the momentum going with our on the field play.

Time for me to bow out of Tex Ags or at least minimize my time investment. Been fun but time for me to be more productive in my early AMs. Good luck to everyone. MERRY XMAS.

Apparenly, all during the season, the policy for A&M was as long as a player was vaccinated and not showing symptons, they weren't tested. Suddenly this past week, everybody had to test, and of course a number of positives came up and practices were immediately canceled. I think we were looking for an out on this game.
