Liumotumotua'anaileafi Aumavae.
"#Liu4Short," it says in Aumavae's Twitter bio.
"The full pronunciation is Lee-u-motu-motu-ah-ani-lee-afi," Aumavae said by phone Sunday after returning home from his official visit to SDSU over the weekend.

Let's start with his first name.
"Basically, it's a family name," Aumavae said. "It tells a story within all 21 letters."
Andrew Aumavae, the quarterback's father, said it is a name handed down from generations.
Father and son are actually named for the same man, who was named Andrew by Christian missionaries though Liumotumotua'anaileafi was his real name.
It is based on a tale from hundreds and hundreds of years ago to a district (or community) called A'ana in independent Samoa, where the family traces its roots.
The translation for Liumotumotua'anaileafi is: "A'ana burned to ashes and charcoal from the fire."
As the story goes, Andrew said, "Our district went and started a war and we lost. The district that we were fighting, they came back and burned our entire district to ashes.
"It's a cautionary tale of be careful what you say or do. Don't bite off more than you can chew. Remember to stay humble. Remember who you are. Treat everybody with kindness. ... That's what his name says."
Liu for short.
He would just call him something easier, like "that guy."Dr Lane Trowlan said:
