How do you manage the QB room with Haynes King, Max Johnson, and Conner Weighman?

Who will start next season?

The one that plays best.

The best QB will start -- hands down... the other guys will know why they are not starting and will accept their spots on the team.

Competition will bring the best out of at least 1 of the three talented QBs we'll have. I'll trust the coaches to make that call.

The portal made it even more critical to have at least 2 "starting" qbs on your team. Portal giveth but portal will also taketh away.

I hear from Rojo that Spurrier is mid flight to come be the OC and plans to run a new QB out there every other play.

Cage match.

We should have some institutional knowledge of what not to do from the Sumlin/Muray/Allen debacle.

That has already been resolved, or you wouldn't see them moving forward.

Max Johnson likely has the inside track having real game experience against SEC defenses.
King isn't game tested on his new leg.
Weigman has a learning curve. Rarely does a true Freshman QB come in and light it up.

Concerns are a non-factor. Max will make King and Weigman better and they likely know that. They get to develop naturally, instead of having urgency to jump in.

We could not go into next year with 2 scholarship QBs like we were this year when Stowers went to TE. I think it's pretty much Max Johnson vs. King next year. Weigman might be a year or two away from starting

The difference between now and the last time is that I really doubt Jimbo made any dumb promises.

I just finished the first part of your assignment- i had an awesome breakfast in the club with no reservations, went out and bought two prize bulls, told the nation's 4th best DL "sorry, we're all full", then prank called Saban to tell him I'm working on my golf game.

I'm trying not to listen to it, but my BAS is telling me this could turn into a Sumlin ****show like Kyle Allen and Kryler....that cost us a Heisman and who knows what else.... I have confidence in Jimbo, but he needs to handle this crap right or it could blow up and we are back down to Blake Bost walkon as our starting QB.

I don't think fast enough to imagine myself as Jimbo Fisher.

I'm imagining I'm Jimbo, and my first thought is that I would make a big vault where I could swim in my money like Scrooge McDuck in the old Ducktails cartoons. I always thought that looked pretty fun.

Settle it Yellowstone style. Have the team watch as the three of them fight until two of them can't move, then jimbo saunters in and kicks the ass of the last one.

This doesn't seem to be an issue for Saban.

This is great. Johnson adds maturity and leadership to the mix which the QBs have been missing.

gonna be a 3 way battle for the starting job this offseason.

The QB film room has more seating capacity than just that list. This is not unsusual.

Oh my, we have the wrong coach........... Bring back KDS.
