Well I stayed off for a while.
Looking back over highlight reels I have a few takes.

1) Losing King hurt him, and us this season. No brain needed for this one. However we prac good on good. Wise move, however there are sometimes you need the 1st D line, to practice against QB1 and the 2nd and 3rds off the O line to season a QB and the O line. If you have a great D line that continues to crush the people in front of them, the O lines kids learn, and the QB learns to react and make faster choices. Over time those choice become better and better.

2) A case for Calzada: I think adding a Off Cord would be the best thing for this guy. If you have noticed there are sometimes when Calzada froze, but other times was playing lights out. Thats mental. Thats overcome through coaching and practice. Dude has the arm. Think about it this way. We have the O line of last year, Calzada starts. We didn't. QB1 went down. Off Cord will help develop incoming talent when the coach puts too much on his plate. We will see him again. (Honestly I hope we do in order to show us all that we need to eat crow. Hes a teenager. How many of you out there had the wherewithal to go through and take the licks, shots, tent visits, pain, and still willingly walk back out there for more? 'Guts' McGee style right there. Hats off to him for putting up with our BS, and the hits he took.)

3) D line - Outside of a few games, the most impressive thing about this team this year.

4) 2ndary: A lot of young kids got dunked into the world of what it means to be in this; the best Division and the best Conference. We have the coaches and the future looks bright.

5) O-line: Think about climbing a mountain on a perfect sunny day. Then it rains, lighting hits around you, clears out, drys out, and a few days later while still climbing, it rains again, with mud slides, and sometimes you're there holding onto a tree. Play was inconsistent, but the good thing is they are now weathered. They might not have weathered the storm of this season but they were impressive for the years they had on them.

6) WR's / Te's: A lot of young kids came on this year and did some VERY impressive things, they will get better. We were missing a lot of our more seasoned WRs out there, but for the most part, i'm excited to see where they are going. On the TE's, I was very disappointed we didn't see more of Cupp, and Chappy. and Off Cord, would fix this.

7) RB's : Best ones in the nation, but leave and die by the O line and play calling. Once again Off Cord needed.

8) Worst thing about this season: 4 losses in games we as fans, and alumni considered we had more talent and might have juan (won). Thats a team issue. Coach to supply chain. *shrug* Cry harder.
However, I will point out through the West SEC, and East: Things happen.
Fld was supposed to destroy people this year and are just above Vandy. We might have been there but we weren't.

9) Best thing about this season: Its not over.

9 - 4 is respectable. 8 - 5 Is not.
9 - 4 isn't what we are "paying for" but whats more important to me is seeing a lot more kids and young men from our football team go make a name for themselves in the NFL.
It was a rough season. So be it. Things might have been fixed in our eyes. We're not making the calls on the field. We aren't getting our shoulders dislocated, ACL's torn etc.
One of two things can happen moving forward:
A) We stand by Texas A&M, and the program (Until crab legs happen) and the kids we see turn into men (See: O'Neal Jr)
B) Delete your account on TexAg's and save your money for the sand removal.

I have spoken.

I will say our pass coverage has been better than in years past, so glad not to expect PI everytime a ball is thrown. Also, avoiding Targeting calls has been nice.
